Hello,
Here we are in Week 03. This week, I have worked on creating six (6) Persona Profiles, categorizing them as Primary Personas (Users) and Secondary Personas (Beneficiaries & Services).
This task was divided into two parts. The first part involved creating the Personas and outlining their activities. In the second part, we narrowed down to a more specific topic based on the Persona Activities we had created. From there, we restated our Problem Statement.
