Hey all,
In my exploration of older adults learning new technologies, I've used
a blend of research methods like surveys and meeting with the team to understand
the several challenges they face, ranging from cognitive slowing to
fear of making mistakes. Through comparative analysis, matrix mapping,
and a PERT (Program Evaluation and Review Technique) Chart, I've
identified and visualized key patterns, critical paths, and potential
solutions to boost digital literacy amongst seniors. Finally, we've
compiled an extensive bibliography for those interested in digging
deeper into this topic. My goal is to empower older adults with the skills
and confidence to navigate the digital era.
